At Niravya Herbal, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1.Returns – Cosmetics safety rule

We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at care@niravyaherbal.com with your order ID and clear photos of the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

4. Replacement

In case of damaged or incorrect products, we offer replacement first.
Refunds are issued if replacement is not available.

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
